Singer-songwriter BJ Stricker and his band The Kings’ music comes in the form of dynamic contrast in sound. Drawing from influences from folk and rock to blues and jazz fusion, the Dallas musician’s infectious tunes are derived from the very human struggles. From Thom Yorke to Neil Young, Amos Lee to his biggest inspiration, Dave Matthews, Stricker’s sound and songwriting is eclectic and melodious.
