DJ Rick Preston (Viva Recordings, CA):
Rick’s musical journey is a rich tapestry that began in the early 80s when he first immersed himself in the grooves of disco and funk. However, it was his exposure to the booming alternative music scene of the 80s that truly honed his DJing skills and set him on a path towards something greater – House Music. As the genre evolved, so did Rick’s love for it. His passion for House grew stronger with time, and he became deeply involved in promotion and DJ gigs within the underground music scene.
